Making an Appointment

To make an appointment simply phone the surgery between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday. You may book appointments with your doctor of choice up to a month in advance. We do offer emergency appointments for those people who need to be seen on the day they ring but choice of doctor is then more difficult.

Telephone Consultations

There is an 'on call' doctor available each day for telephone consultations. If you feel you just need advice they may be able to deal with your query over the phone and save you a trip to the surgery. If they are not available when you ring a message will be taken and they will return your call at the earliest convenience.

Booking Online

A selection of appointments are also available for booking online. If you are interested in using this service please ask the receptionist for more details. You will be provided with the appropriate access codes and password after which you may follow this link to book your appointment online:

Nurse and Health Care Assistant Appointments

There are all bookable in advance.

Home Visits

Home visits are made to those patients the doctor feels are too ill or too immobile to come to the surgery. They are an important service to some of our most poorly and vulnerable patients. If you require a home visit please try to phone before 10:30am as this helps the visiting doctor plan their morning to be most effective.

Please remember that the doctor can see several people at the surgery in the time it takes to drive to a patient's home. Also, when visiting people at home, the doctor does not have the same facilities as at the surgery.
